SKY IS THE LIMIT
About the project
A sophisticated penthouse designed for homeowners embracing a new chapter after their children had moved out. Trading a larger family home for a more intentional lifestyle, they sought a residence that felt elevated, luxurious, and effortlessly functional. Through bespoke millwork, refined finishes, and thoughtfully curated details, the space was transformed into a timeless retreat that proves downsizing can be the ultimate upgrade.
